There is no easy answer to your questions just as there is no easy solution to the problems that have been created by criminal abusive naked shorting of PTOI and so many others. The regulators know full well what is going on and are doing nothing about it that we can see. The problem is that the too big to fail owe trillions should all the derivatives be forced to settle. No question it is a mess and a huge problem that could erupt at any time. Perhaps that eruption has to take place before PTOI can move forward with its technology.
