I believe the number should be 5,000 and the US open a old closed military base and require a 2 year adjustment time. Any problems you're gone.
Technically ... I don't believe our numbers support any immigration to US other than for extreme reasons
I've 4 people in the last mont that are non citizens. After talking with them ... I only come up with....
