Actually, I saw two. One for just under 1 mil shares which was done below the ask. Another later in the day was for approx 3.1 mil. Watching L2, neither transaction resulted in a change of the bids or asks. And I know, because I and two friends were bidding when the print occurred under our bids. As I've noted many times in the past, it's done almost daily for about 5 months now, averaging just over 3.6 mil shares for each 'swap' as I call them since no one gets any of them. So someone simply appears to be swapping them between themselves to show weakness.
