I have, once again been doing a lot of homework on THRA, in between trying to make some money on a few trades, Here is what I think is happening, But I can not confirm it. and it is best we let it lay until things possibly  unfold. Anyway, If you purchase a shell company, which is dormant, but still a tradeable company, you can then file a share for share exchange for all the shares held by shareholders. this would make all shares legit in the new company, and eliminate any shares that were not registered.Now this is a process that has been used by many companies in the past to clear up any problems with the DTCC. Since Zajay was never in trouble, and all the non registered shares were transacted prior to her being the CEO, The process seems to fit the crtiteria for this to happen. Just my thoughts and opinions, but stay tunes folks, this just might get interesting.   Gregg
