Eliminate cash to control the worlds citizens in the guise to fight crime. When / if the world economy collapses ,the elite will dictate how much of your money is allowed to be withdrawn ,and to top it off , you'll be taxed (called a negative rate). These cash ban stories have been popping up more often than not.
