well no surprise to today's multiple *efforts* .. re: PTOI
elastic ask UC and then UC again and then yet again
waiting on confirmation that balance of long's GTC @ 0335 (20399) was filled
before the last round .. *longs' known picks* vs *volume* was
7878/13100 = 60.13%
if the 20399 was long's balance @ bid .. that % goes to 78.80% .. 28,277/35,431
