reminder NON RETAIL took about 80% of the 3M settlement cert which
*enabled* them (along with that 1M wash traded with NN and CFGN in July)
to work efforts .. .. thru EO 2016 (yet still the lowest *volume* YTD for PTOI
since first *traded* in 2009)

this isn't rocket science folks

this is NON RETAIL *stuck in a hot mess of their own creation* due to their
gross stupidity and egregious greed
