To be honest we can't put the exact percentage fault on this issue. But I totally agree with you that both had contributed to decline of the PPS. The only thing that can mitigate this situation is revenue and growth. That is all matter at this time. The rest is just a noise. I would like to hear from our new CEO about the state of the company and his plan for future growth.
