It's my opinion, AND my opinion ONLY. According to the WY SOS, there are two companies registered under Chi Shun Chang (George). One is Southern Home Medical Soutions, the other Southern Home Medical, Inc. NOW, as far as I can gather, Southern Home Medical Devices will utilize the EQUIPMENT with respect to the use of SOUTHERN HOME MEDICAL with respect to SHOM's utilization of such said equipment. From what I gather, that equipment, such as the Wearable Monitoring Device and any OTHER will fall under SOUTHERN HOME MEDICAL DEVICES and all revenue, profits will fall under SOUTHERN HOME MEDICAL, INC.
