To me the biggest green flag is Sullivan. Most of us would agree that we are lucky if the lawyers don't take advantage of us, let alone trying to take advantage of them. Leo had to tell everything to Sullivan so he can defend the company.

For those who don't agree, please explain to me why Sullivan was willing to take options at $1.70 if he knows CTIX is a scam.
