Great first day off the bottom for PVSP.
274M traded today - only about 30M was at .0001.
56M in large slaps on the ask at .0002 in the final 15 minutes.
Uptick just before close - only 73M at .0003 - most not flipping as there are many bag holders from much higher levels in the .0010>.0020+ range from almost a year ago (if they didn't sell for a huge loss).
