whether I'm a millionaire this year or next or even the year after doesn't matter. it will only grow bigger the longer it stays private.
If you have a million shares and the company share price is valued at a 1.00 let it be dark as long as they like.

Keep in mind when they relist it will be with the Audit, Form 10 and help of a MM to bring this to market. Whatever the pps will be valued at factoring the growth. it is not going to open at that pps. There is a reason why they are called "Market makers" They "create" the market (trading) for the company stock. Now consider the possibility of uplist to Nasdaq? we aren't talking 1.00 anymore. min requirement 2.50. The mm's will set the price at a premium to make money for themselves. They will be working for the company in this case. Not against. It would be in their best interest to work with the company.
Providing the growth and revs and marketcap can substantiate the price.
A million shares is all you need @ 1.00 not a far fetched pps to realize given the circumstances.
