thinking out loud here .. but i'm wondering about the size of the hidden 2 trades today

i'm almost tempted to do a test myself .. to see if an ask hit goes off @ ask or hidden
and if that is subsequently duplicated

i'm wondering if CEs' *protocol* re: heirs/spares .. pertains to (bid/trade) size ..

will most likely wait to see what P2O files next ..

as most with interest know .. imo CEs' (NON RETAIL) sucked out about 80%
(2.4M) of the 3M settlement cert

suspect that *%* was able to carry CEs' thru EOY (2016)

i usually find the *legal* short *reported* by NON RETAIL to be less than useless

interesting to note and reminder about a few *facts* .. CFGN's 1M *wash* with
NN in July 2016 .. one long's 1M *pick* mostly via bid over 6 weeks (last week
of August to the first week of October 2016) which *hit* NN % wise in Sept (40%)
and of course the month of October when VNDM washed with NN .. for the PRIMARY position ..

just a hunch .. but suspect one of the reasons for *low volume* is to keep
from triggering *reg sho* .. and actually having to report it ..
