I've gotta admit though, I've always had some empathy for the guy in the wheelhouse of the Canadian company. Such a great money making opportunity right at his fingertips then whooooshhh, pulled right out of reach by an oversight in dealing with a Canadian regulatory authority.

Hopefully an alternative option allowed for some of his potential loss to be avoided. Not sure. Never heard any more on the outcome, but at some point soon we might hear the rest of that story.
