every single day this month .. CEs' have *left* a trail easily discerned

need to double check specifics but imo *so far* Jan 2017 is on par to have the
lowest *volume* by month .. for PTOI .. think about that .. this is with PTOI
having the lowest PPS since first *trading* in April 2009 .. when CEs' can
control outcomes .. *Volume* increases as PPS decreases .. this *reality*
(timing) is beyond exquisite for P2O if actually aligned ..
