$GTHP: This one had a huge run on news yesterday coupled with the fact that the outstanding shares are only 570k. The company has recently done a stock registration for 20M share offering that will lead to HUGE dilution going forward plus they have over $9M in liabilities vs only $2M in assets (only $4k cash). The RSI=77, making it a little overbought technically. This was an irrational one day move imo; exercise extreme caution trading this one at this level. I would expect a pullback today and then sideways action followed by dilution. The market often does not act rationally but the risk/reward at this level is not good imo.
