They need a Soju marinated jerky for South Korea. Also a spicy kimchee flavored one. Kimchee is equivalent to our BBQ for a hot flavor choice.
Or throw them both together for a "Flaming Kimchee Soju Jerky."
A new tradition...eat a piece of this jerky and wash it down with a shot of Soju.
Another option is to make a Korean energy drink flavored jerky. How Thailand created Red Bull (yes, Red Bull originated in Thailand),
