He didn't do anything with regards to pulling ...blah...blah...blah...The Federal reserve pulled that second string. It was a continuation of the first one under Bush. The Federal Reserve is the Boss Man. It kind of reminds me of a "Mad Max" movie..entitled..."Beyond Thunderdome". Not sure who is who though.
