I don't believe that Jerry is actually taking a cash salary. He does a tremendous amount of work for our company, and it's usually on his dime. He must have felt that he needed some cash, so he sold some of his common stock. He only raised about $13k. Considering that he has many millions of shares, this is hardly a significant sell off.
