No....he has set into motion more things....much more important things "so far". At least important in my opinion...and one of which makes me a bit sad...but oh well.

So yes...he has done more so far(it's only one week though).....but the proof is in the pudding....and that comes with time...eh? These are the easy ones as they are for all Presidents during their first few weeks.
