Any insider buying from foley would require a form 4, correct? Correct me if I am wrong please, it is a legitimate question. I have put some money on the bid despite saying I would not without more info but these prices are enticing. But not seeing a form 4 from him after his release (because we know how high of a share price he paid a few years ago to buy his stock) in attempt to average down his loss indicates to me that maybe some sort of refinancing still will take place at our expense, again, which makes me nervous.
