Its the only one that makes sense. I didn't hear any more details from KK but it was only one party.
Being that they are the only one who is disputing the Plan I'd say it was PowerUp and that they are going to work out an agreement before they meet again. That is my though.
Feb 15 is the final day that UMS can present a plan. I hope they don't have to extend that date. My thought is an agreement will be reached beforehand.
