NO SPINOFF for simple reason. UF is DF's baby you're
not thinking clearly if u think DF is going to let
UF go at this ridiculous low stock price when
"HE KNOWS" there is tons of ways he can
build UF to generate MANY MILLIONS in
revs out to 2020 at least.
DF just got thru posting HOW EXCITED he is
to be part of the next generation of Filming
Technology. He has UF as the perfect vehicle
to accomplish that. NO WAY he lets UF
spinoff to someone else for at least several
years out.
