That's good advice bump, Hjoe never had an IPO they became public through a reverse merger, this is how Durand on our hub came to be. I'm just guessing but I think all HJoe has to do to come back is file two years of fins, a form 10, and find a market maker that will support them and then they would be reinstated, but like I said I'm just guessing I'm not sure
