Do what you will, but not all of your "facts" are straight on.
The MMs and pumper dumpers of penny world will mix and match whatever catalysts they can to achieve the most price action they can muster.
It then calls in the flippers. Nothing new at all, but what I've said all along is primarily about where this company is headed long term.
The delays they've experienced in the short term are par for the course with start up companies without huge cash reserves.
