I have deleted a post which contained illegally-obtained material. This site cannot be placed in legal jeopardy so that someone who performed an illegal act can assuage their ego.

For those who wonder, the conversation that was illegally recorded with Mr. Ehrlich contained nothing that we didn't know before. Anyone who understands this company knows that there is every reason to be optimistic about the future of it.

It is utterly reprehensible that someone would record a phone call without the knowledge of the other party, and then try to make the contents of that call public. Absolutely, utterly reprehensible.
