So here's a question, does Swig merge their content and tech into the UF network interface and vice versa or do these two sources of entertainment come together as a single source destination? With Ivan as NanoTech's CEO I don't see how they can't come together as a single source rebranded UltraFlix/Swig network or something like that. Swig is no slouch company nor is NanoTech but NanoTech is more than just UltraFlix. I think they wooed Ivan by offering him the CEO position in exchange for a merger of equals. And why not? It's a win / win for Gulas. He gets the tech and content for Swig and gets to run both companies while NTEK gets the content and the distribution channels we so desperately need.
It's my opinion that while they are referring to this as a "joint venture" it's really a merger of equals. If that's the case, I may have to go back on my word of not buying anymore NTEK for the foreseeable future and actually buy more, maybe a lot more. But before that happens, I, like many of us here need the specifics surrounding this "joint venture".
