There's one tool they do NOT have -- the Rosen Firm or any other ambulance chaser firm to file a phony suit. If they did that, not only would the case be thrown out, but any firm that touched it would be sanctioned.
And when I refer to the Rosen Firm as a "tool" I mean it both in the literal and the colloquial senses.
I'm going to make my 2017 IRA contribution tomorrow so that I can take advantage of any lowball prices they may offer me, in their efforts to scare the remaining naive longs out of their shares.
