Contract hasnt been published (previous one was included as an attachent to a 10K) but there is no reason to assume otherwise. The product is for individual marlets and cant be taken back and resold elsewhere so the 50% down would be pretty standard. I think original intent was one formulation for SE Asia. Dont know if they were able to manage that or not. I would think they would need several at least a handful of packaging/labeling arrangements for the different markets. One thing they were working around was picamillon as it had constraintsconstraints in Russia and Japan.
