The argument ensuing on another site regarding $CDNL having to file or not is moot IMO. Firstly KJ has for the last year said it is is absolute priority to get current, he even hired a CFO to get current and without being current the only finance he will attract will be toxic. A lot of people it would seem do not like it being brought up because it really does paint KJ and $CDNL in a bad light, but its a fact so saying being a stinky pinkie does not require being current as a defense is BS.
$CDNL has to file to regain credibility and to make good on the numerous PRs stating they will as a priority.

Whether you like to admit it or not KJ and $CDNL smell worse by the day, now i am seeing Cameroon visit getting pushed back again. the only official SEC filing in nearly 8 months has been to say the Chinese deal is off.

Money getting tight i would think based on no filings to say anything has been installed, sold or other contracts signed for some time, KJ has traded on the good will of many for too long with his feel good product, time to deliver IMO. Getting more red flags than a few seasons of Nascar
