Warning about liability to individuals: because you know that the phone call was taped illegally, if you disseminate that call further, you assume the same liability as the person who illegally recorded the call.

Mr. Ehrlich has emailed me that of course there was nothing in the call that is not already publicly disclosed. However, how would YOU feel to know that someone was secretly taping your call (trying to get you to say something you shouldn't), then putting it out on the internet? Not good, huh?
