That would be a nice scenario too. However, if the company's revenue is on the rise with contracts already in place (like BTL) for a continuing revenue stream, and if the purpose is not to generate more shares (AS:OS percentage) after the split but simply to uplist, then the RS would not have a negative impact. Perhaps the other OTC's might be a less worrisome way to leave the pinks behind and better in the short term. Nice thoughts. Good discussion!
