I do not believe we will need an R/S. TPAC has repeatedly said they will not do an R/S. they have a plan and are working it to a T. They are buying back shares and are ahead of schedule and they are about to be bringing in serious revenue. I think if they were going to do an R/S they would have done it already. Why wait and spend money on buying back shares just to do an R/S later on? I am a long term investor and have been for 2 years now. I honestly would feel stabbed in the back and dissappointed at this point if they were to do an R/S now or in the future. I trust Bill and I trust IR and the plan that they have put in place. Our patience is going to pay off.
