Well, outside of the 'federal military academies' there really is no 'federal training' of children. And I'll bet most of their plebes came out of the public school system.
Their training/education is heavily concentrated in the *STEM skills, which they wouldn't be well prepared for............unless.
*(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
Additionally the very best universities lack not at all for qualified applicants, turning away far more than they admit both from the U.S and from around the world. And yeah, they're 'elite' schools.
So yet again all you do is furnish conclusive evidence of how your own education has fallen sadly short of what is necessary to deal with complexity, facts and evidence.
