Thought 400 million Restricted might not sell all that fast...
Though if you only a had a small window to clear some DUTV.
The heavens might provide a window and price for those 400 million to find a home before 2018.
April showers alway bring May flowers that's about 90 days away...
I am kind of looking out for 3 30 day weather systems ... Then maybe a few to water the flowers.
