Say your restricted shares clear at Encounter Tech and DUTV , I don't think DUTV'S share price will move......I do believe the companies in your log that you mention some will move unless a merger.

I believe we wake up one ugly morning and we have a new company new ticker symbol shares down sized and share price takes off with the new company ? That's what Im thinking and it works for me if that's the case.
