I think you are wrong in the name - Jeff Foley is still Chairman
But you are right in that Ivan does still report to a Foley - good catch.
And also right in reality, as Jeff will defer to David.
Good Catch - it does change the thinking a bit - sends it back to a marriage of equals and away from a takeover
Nothing any of us has found about Ivan indicates that he is a takeover artist - He is a serial entrepreneur - the kind of mindset that can make room for win/win situations with others he regards well.
