1. As a felon he can't have a CEO role in gaming, and
2. His 30,000,000 shares (through Lisa) are in NTEK. No way he lets his focus drift. Not that he fails to provide NTGL technical leadership; This is a JV, not a takeover, but I would expect some sort of SWIG type relationship for NTGL also.
