We don't see details, but this seems like a natural to me.
It is a JV, not a takeover. I didn't read anything about what this costs NTEK. It is possible that NTEK and SWIG look at each other and see a natural equal partnership that equally benefits both parties.
They are both innovators, both disruptors, both bring connections and neither seems to overstep the other.
It has been pointed out on this board how similar the Nuvola looks to some swig primary product. I personally am not familiar enough. I think it was K&T who highlighted the similarity.
So who is this Ivan Gulas technically? How does he fit with David? Are they equals? Complements? Different branches of the same tree?
I think that the success of this idea comes down to David and Ivan. Who are they to each other?
