Technically speaking, you're right about the RSI indicator. However, for stocks like this that can spring up this quickly and incorporating other aspects that can bring a stock up, the stock price can go higher more than settle.

If the company provides earnings that can reflect the stock price or an investor entity such as the one RMHB has just acquired (China investors), the stock price can reflect the possible share price of what the company is worth so it's not an exact science. The RSI is a piece of the puzzle to determine the value of the company and where it's heading.
