was doing some digging around. Corporations in New York must give voting shareholders no more than 60 days and no less than 10 days when announcing a shareholders meeting. Dischino is likely correct about pink sheets in that disclosure is not required for pink sheets to be distributed to voting shareholders prior to the meeting so if you are planning you must be nimble if they give the ten days notice for the annual meeting. So when you receive notice you will know if it is 60 or 10 so haggling over the date as to when right now seems a useless waste of time. I am sure there are better things to discuss.
