SGBY is a solid company IMHO except for "financing"............and its ugly.........now.
Shareholders are waiting patiently for end of the year filings (Sept 2016) in hopes of hearing about subsequent events.......as the company is in Q 2 now and all the real good news happened at or around Oct 1 2016.
I can add info..........not sure of the rules and regs here ?
