There is an advantage for the company going private. The major one is they stopped the financial bleeding by toxic lenders.

This means they can now funnel those funds back into product development and production, in order to satisfy supply and demand. They will need to increase production due to the increase demand as it goes international. Therefore the funding needs to be there. They need the dealers to push the products to sell. the faster they sell the faster the money comes back in and wash rinse and repeat. This will partially fund the growth which is much needed in order to expand.

We just have to wait and trust what the company is doing for it's shareholders.
It doesn't matter to us at this point because there is little to nothing we can do even collectively against Hjoe. A law suit would be futile and costly etc. If they haven't screwed us yet which they could have then I think we're in good hands. Let them tweet or pr when they feel the need and enjoy the ride as the do so.

Keep in mind..The company is growing exponentially not linear. mutliplication is wonderful.
