It seems to me that the 27k offer at the ask is there to intimidate smaller buyers rather than to really sell shares. If the seller(s) really wanted to sell shares he could have offered 10K shares a few times and likely moved them out as opposed to impeding trade and price movement. Pure speculation but I'd break up that order and move it out If i intended to sell.
