JJ dilution should be very minimal forward because
remember they paid off 80% of their debt and
dramatically reduced cost structure. The only
dilution going forward should be for
VERY POSITIVE things like hiring
new management or getting another
major content contract.
Mkt cap is so low relative to revenues the
O/S could go to 200M and still be crazy undervalued.
