DCMJ, an advocacy organization that helped pass the marijuana legalization law in Washington, D.C., has rolled 4,200 marijuana joints and intends to pass those out in Dupont Circle Friday before the inauguration.
The group is then planning to march to the National Mall and light up the joints once Trump's speech hits the "420" mark.
