I have made some inroads with the Trump Team and have communicated eyeball-to-eyeball with both the President-Elect and the V-P Elect as well as upcoming Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
I believe I am at the head of the class in pushing for the enforcement of Regulation SHO. My litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia is also at the cusp of a decision, but I can't predict the results.
