It is a pretty good guess though. I worked on a job that was worth $10 Million that was fairly similar. It involved erecting an LR (Liquid Reservoir) tank stick-built with steel plate. It was similar (1/2 or 3/4" thick). Took a year from initialization to Commissioning. We spent most of our time procuring the steel plate from China where it was cheap.It was sent to a fab shop along with the drawings where it was shaped to suit, then shipped to site. Fabrication was an afterthought. So JBI is 3 years and counting. Cap cost of maybe 2 Million. In the heart of the automotive supply chain. Hmmm. Thumbs up on that one.
