That would be kind of funny if true. That means (to me anyway) that they will some how need to push the PPS down again in order to cover. With some longs wishing they had gotten some at the lower price that could amount to a battle for theoretical cheap shares. IMO any shares bought below $2 (maybe 3) in 2017 should be considered CHEAP with what is coming.
