The FAA knows they had people deliberately trying to bring down Baltia. Obviously they failed, and now the administration is realizing how corruption can affect its reputation. I think the FAA that Tony is working with is very much willing to give us the certificate, especially with Kalitta around to crack the whip if some inspector wakes up on the wrong side of the bed.
